At Showstopper, we are committed to make your shopping experience seamless and fast. Our delivery partners are constantly working towards making your purchase, a convenient affair. Please note our Delivery and returns policies as it may apply to your delivery location.


Shipping methods

Showstopper is committed to make mindful choices that align with our core values and sustainability goals. To do our part, we are adopting practices to reduce waste to restore the environment. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that together with our customers, we can create positive change to build a healthier world. That’s why, none of our packaging items are made of plastic. Instead, we use biodegradable packaging materials, which you can recycle or reuse.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on our website, and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some shipping destinations may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

We recommend entering a physical address on your order in the “Shipping Address” fields at checkout.

Standard Shipping: In-stock items will arrive 4-6 business days after your order is processed with standard delivery option.

We do not do weekend deliveries.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national/local holidays in respective countries.



Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges include processing fees that include the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

Shipping is free for orders over $210
For orders that are below $210 shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Return policy

We believe that you will love our creations as much as we love them! However, in case you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us, no questions asked.

But we’ll love to know your concern so we can improve our services and products and serve you better in the future.

You can return any item/items within 14 days of receipt.

To fulfill our sustainability goal, we encourage you to use the same packaging to return the product, so we can reuse the same and reduce wastage.

When returning your Showstopper purchase, please -

  1. Keep the original Showstopper tag on the product
  2. Ensure that there are no damages made to the product from your end
  3. If you received a damaged piece, take a photo of the same and attach it with the email
  4. Do not attempt to repair any damages before you return the product
  5. Do not remove the bill of purchase/invoice from the packaging.
  6. Pack the product in its original packaging when returning
